How do I connect my Steam account?

Use the Steam sign-in button on the marketplace and follow the official Steam login window. You never enter your Steam password directly on this site. After you authorise, the system reads your public CS:GO inventory and builds a snapshot for trading.

You can revoke access from your Steam account settings at any time. If you change your trade URL, update it inside your account so bots can send offers correctly.

Do you support every CS:GO skin?

The marketplace supports most tradable CS:GO skins, including rifles, pistols, SMGs, shotguns, knives and gloves. Very new collections or untradable items can appear with limited data or be temporarily unavailable until pricing and demand are clear.

If a specific skin is not supported, it will be shown as unavailable for trading instead of being listed with guessed or unstable prices.

How are prices and fees calculated?

Prices are based on recent marketplace activity, item demand and wear level. A small, transparent trading fee is added on top. Before you confirm any trade, you see the exact amount you receive and the total fee so you can decide if the deal makes sense.

Fees can change over time and may differ for promotions or special offers, but they are always shown on the confirmation screen and in your trade history.

How fast are trades usually completed?

In normal conditions, most trades are processed within a few seconds after you confirm them on the site and in your Steam client. During Steam delays or heavy traffic, it can take longer, but you will always see a live status for each trade in your history.

If a trade is stuck for longer than usual, follow the status message on the deal first and then contact support with the trade ID if you still need help.

Can I cancel a trade after I confirm it?

Once you confirm a trade and it is accepted on Steam, it normally cannot be reversed. Until the Steam offer is accepted, you may still decline it directly in your Steam client, but confirmed and completed trades are considered final.

Always double-check the skin, wear level and price in both the marketplace confirmation screen and the Steam offer window before accepting.

How does my marketplace balance work?

When you sell a skin, the value after fees is added to your marketplace balance. You can use this balance to instantly buy other skins or, where available, withdraw it through supported payout methods. Your balance view shows pending, available and recently used amounts.

Some trades can require short security holds before funds are fully available. These holds are shown in your transaction list so you know when a payout will unlock.

Which payout methods are available?

Available payout methods depend on your region and current marketplace settings. You can see the exact list of supported options, limits and minimum amounts inside your account payout section. Only methods that can be used in your country will be shown.

Payouts may require identity checks or additional verification if you reach higher volume or regulatory thresholds defined for your region.

How do you keep trades safe?

The marketplace uses device-aware sessions, inventory checks and automated fraud monitoring for unusual behaviour. Trade URLs are validated, and high-value activity can be reviewed by the team. You always confirm final offers inside Steam to avoid fake pop-ups.

You remain responsible for the security of your Steam account: enable Steam Guard, avoid third-party “login” links and never share your codes or backup keys.

Are there any trade or country limits?

Trading is subject to Steam rules, regional regulations and marketplace risk controls. Some items, payment options or features may not be available in every country, and there can be limits on volume, frequency or payout size to keep trading safe and compliant.

When a limit applies to your account, you see it directly in the interface instead of discovering it only after a failed trade or payout attempt.

Are you affiliated with Valve or Steam?

No. This marketplace uses Steam login and CS:GO in-game items but is not sponsored, endorsed or approved by Valve Corporation. CS:GO, Steam and all related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Always treat the marketplace as an independent third-party trading platform that works alongside your Steam account, not as an official part of Steam.
