This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued, how adjustments are handled, and what limitations apply when trading digital items through our platform.

1. General refund period
You may request a refund within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of the transaction, provided that the conditions described in this policy are met.
This 14-day period applies to eligible refund cases such as payment processing errors, failed deliveries, or other qualifying circumstances outlined below. Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the transaction date will not be considered unless exceptional circumstances apply at our sole discretion.

2. No refunds for completed trades
Once a trade has been successfully confirmed and the virtual items have been delivered to your Steam account, the transaction is considered final. Digital items and automated trading systems cannot be reversed after the exchange is complete.
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, by accepting a Steam trade offer and receiving the purchased digital content, you acknowledge that the digital goods have been fully delivered and you expressly consent to the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Please review all items, wear conditions, and prices before confirming any trade.
3. Refunds for payment processing issues
Refunds may be issued within the 14-day refund period if a user experiences a duplicated charge, incorrect billing amount, or a technical payment error.
- Refund decisions depend on transaction logs and payment provider verification.
- Processing time may vary based on the payment method used, but typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting support may result in account restrictions.
4. Failed or cancelled trades
If a trade fails due to Steam delays or unexpected interruptions, no funds or items are lost. The system automatically cancels the offer and restores your funds or inventory state.
If your funds were incorrectly adjusted due to a system malfunction, our team will review logs and correct the error.
5. Fraud, misuse, or policy violations
Refunds will not be issued for any losses caused by:
- Unauthorized account access due to weak security practices.
- Trades executed after a compromised Steam session.
- Sharing login credentials or falling victim to phishing attempts.
- Using the platform in ways that violate the Terms & Conditions.
To maintain a safe environment, suspicious activity may result in suspended access until reviewed by our team.
6. Refund requests and verification
If you believe an error occurred during payment or account funds adjustment, you can submit a refund request to our support team at support@aimcrate.com within 14 days of the transaction. You may be asked to provide:
- Proof of payment or transaction ID.
- Steam trade ID or activity logs.
- A detailed explanation of the issue.
We review all cases carefully and respond as quickly as possible, usually within 5 business days of receiving a complete request.
7. Non-refundable services
The following situations are not eligible for refunds, regardless of the timeframe:
- Completed trades where both sides confirmed the exchange and items were delivered.
- Price fluctuations after purchase.
- Items lost due to external platforms or third-party tools.
- User mistakes such as sending wrong items to Steam trades.
- Transactions where the user failed to accept the Steam trade offer within the allotted time, resulting in automatic cancellation and fund restoration.
8. Policy updates
This Refund Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to trading systems, payment providers, or compliance requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated revision date.
